成都后年統(tǒng)一城鄉(xiāng)戶籍

中國新聞網(wǎng)消息，成都市政府官員周二宣布，將在2012年實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)一戶籍，民眾可自由遷徙，并享有平等的公共服務(wù)和社會(huì)福利。到2012年底前，成都將建立以身份證號(hào)碼為標(biāo)識(shí)，集居住、婚育、就業(yè)、納稅、信用、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)等信息于一體的公民信息管理系統(tǒng)。城鄉(xiāng)居民將憑合法固定住所進(jìn)行戶口登記。

我國將首次參與全球ICP

《京華時(shí)報(bào)》消息，我國明年將首次參與國際比較項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)。國際比較項(xiàng)目是一項(xiàng)全球性統(tǒng)計(jì)合作項(xiàng)目，主要目的是測算各種貨幣的購買力平價(jià)，以便用購買力平價(jià)作為轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)，將各國國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值轉(zhuǎn)換為用統(tǒng)一貨幣單位表示，從而比較各國的實(shí)際經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)。從2011年1月開始，全球約180個(gè)國家和地區(qū)將開展國際比較項(xiàng)目調(diào)查，整個(gè)活動(dòng)將于2013年年底結(jié)束。

People will be allowed to migrate freely while enjoying equal public service and social benefits. A management system for residents' information, including residences, status of marriage and family members, employment, taxation, credit and social insurance, will be set up in 2012. People will be identified by their ID numbers and registered according to their legal residence.

China to take part in ICP

China will participate in the International Comparison Program for the first time, in 2011, Beijing Times reports. ICP is an international statistics cooperation program. Its main purpose is to calculate the purchasing power parity (PPP) of each currency and use PPP as the conversion coefficient to make various countries' GDP on the same currency unit. Therefore, the real economic scale and structures of each country can be compared. From January 2011, around 180 countries and regions will start the ICP investigation. The program ends in late 2013.
