城市女性生活質(zhì)量下降

A new survey of women in 10 Chinese cities shows that the standard of living for urban women is declining. Urban women are also most anxious about rising prices, not being able to afford a house and low family-income, survey results showed.

《京華時報》消息，一份在中國10個城市開展的調(diào)查顯示，我國城市女性生活質(zhì)量呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢。城市女性最焦慮的事情是物價上漲、買不起房和家庭收入低。大約70%的受訪女性認(rèn)為最幸福的事是家人健康，約66%的女性則認(rèn)為是家庭和睦，約36%的女性則認(rèn)為孩子有進(jìn)步才是他們最幸福的事。同時，城市女性對工作滿意度值不高，職場競爭激烈和單位裁員成為女性工作壓力的主要來源。這份調(diào)查在北京、上海、廣州、深圳等城市展開。受訪女性平均年齡為35歲。

重慶大學(xué)生再學(xué)工農(nóng)兵

據(jù)《重慶晚報》報道，為了全面提高大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)和實踐能力，重慶市要求70多萬大學(xué)生在校期間參加不少于4個月的社會實踐。大學(xué)生們要重點開展帶薪實習(xí)、種樹、學(xué)農(nóng)、學(xué)工、學(xué)軍和社會調(diào)研等活動。

肯德基遭遇客戶惡作劇

《現(xiàn)代金報》消息，11月8日早上，浙江省寧波市一家肯德基店和一家必勝客店先后接到外賣大單，金額皆為兩店史上之最，肯德基為1700元，必勝客為3000元。等兩店的員工把訂餐送到指定的天寧大廈時，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)根本無人認(rèn)領(lǐng)。此案仍在進(jìn)一步調(diào)查中。

白云機場加大安檢力度

據(jù)《廣州日報》消息，距廣州亞運會開幕還有2天時間，廣州白云國際機場從今日起加大安檢力度，開始對所有乘客實施二次人身復(fù)查，同時要求所有乘客脫鞋并放入X射線機掃描。

男孩涂贈送唇膏死亡

據(jù)《齊魯晚報》報道，山東省聊城市一名6歲男孩因?qū)⒘闶场皦艋锰焓埂眱?nèi)附贈的“唇膏”涂到嘴唇上而致死亡。這種進(jìn)價僅0.35元的小零食上印有QS產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全認(rèn)證標(biāo)志。

Urban women are also most anxious about rising prices, not being able to afford a house and low family-income, survey results showed. Almost 70 percent of women surveyed said the most important thing for happiness was their family's health; 66 percent said it was harmony within the family. About 36 percent said they get happiness from their children's progress. Low job satisfaction, fierce workplace competition and lay-offs all contributed to women's work pressure. The survey was carried out in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The surveyed women had an average age of 35.

Chongqing students face new requirement

The Chongqing government is requiring more than 700,000 college students to participate in a "social practice" for at least four months in an effort to make them more well-rounded, Chongqing Evening News reports. Students may take up a paid internship, plant trees, learn farming or industrial production techniques or participate in military training, among other activities.

KFC, Pizza Hut duped

Two large delivery orders placed Monday morning on Nov. 8 to a Pizza Hut and KFC in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, are now under investigation after no one claimed them, Modern Gold Newspaper reports. A KFC restaurant received an order worth 1,700 yuan, while a Pizza Hut restaurant received one worth 3,000 yuan -- both the largest ever for each restaurant. When staff delivered the orders to the designated address at Tianning Building, no one claimed them.

Guangzhou airport steps up security

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport steps up security measures today as the Asian Games will open this Friday. Every passenger will go through a double-check process and must remove their shoes to have them x-rayed, reports the Guangzhou Daily.

Lipstick blamed for boy's death

A 6-year-old boy from Liaocheng, Shandong Province, died after applying lipstick that came with a bag of Menghuan Tianshi snacks, Qilu Evening News reports. Menghuan Tianshi, which costs 0.35 yuan, has Quality Safety (QS) approval.
