上海戶籍人口17年負增長

The natural growth rate of the registered population in Shanghai has been negative for 17 years, reports Xinmin Evening News.

《新民晚報》消息，上海戶籍人口的自然增長率已連續(xù)17年負增長，生育水平更是處于世界超低水平，戶籍人口總和生育率只有0.83，遠低于世界公認的人口自然更替必須戶均生育2.1的水平，由此導(dǎo)致青少年人口數(shù)銳減、老年人口的撫養(yǎng)比持續(xù)上升、在職人員負擔(dān)日漸加重、社會保障壓力劇增等問題，影響了城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。人口資源環(huán)境建設(shè)委員會主任孟燕堃建議：鼓勵符合生育二胎條件的家庭解除憂慮，足額生育，提高計劃生育政策內(nèi)的出生比重。

兩成姐弟戀能修成正果

《廣州日報》消息，“光棍節(jié)”又要到了，記者采訪發(fā)現(xiàn)，“姐弟戀”已經(jīng)越來越被單身男女所接受，但能接受的年齡差距一般在五歲之內(nèi)?；閼賹＜艺J為，就目前而言，“姐弟戀”在中國應(yīng)該是算剛剛興起，但相比以前要多很多。成功的也不多，大約只有20%是能夠修成正果的。由于男人的婚齡段長于女人，“姐弟戀”還可以解決剩女問題。

據(jù)《京華時報》報道，中央電視臺《朝聞天下》主播趙普在其微博上爆料，月薪不足6000元。趙普稱，在微博上曝工資，是對最近網(wǎng)上熱炒的“央視主播月薪20萬以上”的回應(yīng)。此微博一出，有網(wǎng)友質(zhì)疑6000元在北京是怎么吃住。

個別高鐵試點自助選位

據(jù)《北京日報》消息，關(guān)于此前有媒體報道稱中國的鐵路旅客可以像訂機票一樣選座位、查詢剩余票數(shù)，鐵路部門澄清了這一說法，表示自助選位系統(tǒng)目前僅在個別高鐵試點，余票查詢功能還不能實現(xiàn)。

亞心網(wǎng)消息，10月18日，51歲的煤礦工人龍懷文在新疆職業(yè)病醫(yī)院接受了肺灌洗治療，共洗出了48瓶黑水。整個治療過程長達3個半小時，耗用肺灌洗液12000毫升。據(jù)悉，他已當(dāng)了16年的礦工。

Director of Shanghai Municipal Population and Family Planning Commission Meng Yankun suggested that the government encourage families that are qualified to have a second child to have the second baby and raise the birth rate.

Older women dating younger men

Seat choice available on bullet trains

Train passengers will only be able to choose their seats on trains on a few high-speed trains and will not be able to check remaining available tickets, as was previously reported.

Miner gets dirty lungs washed

51-year-old coal miner Long Huaiwen underwent a lung lavage in Xinjiang Occupational Disease Hospital on October 18, which generated 48 bottles of black water, Yaxin.com reports. The lung lavage took about three and a half hours, and used 12,000 ml of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). He has worked as a miner for 16 years.
