An Austrian atheist has won the right to wear a pasta strainer as religious headgear in his driver's license photo, BBC reported.
Niko Alm, a Pastafarian, first applied for the license three years ago after reading that headgear was allowed in official pictures, but only for confessional reasons.
Alm said the sieve was a requirement of his religion, Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
