?????? 據新華社4月17日援引中國商務部發(fā)言人姚堅的話報導，歐盟（EU, European Union）對中國銅版紙（Chinese coated paper）進行反補貼立案調查（anti-subsidy investigation），中國政府對此表示嚴重關切，并表示可能采取措施抵御調查帶來的負面影響。
?????? 姚堅指出，兩個月前，歐盟已經對中國銅版紙發(fā)起反傾銷調查（anti-dumping investigation），并在反傾銷調查中采取歧視性的、不公正的“替代國”做法，另一方面在未承認中國市場經濟地位的情況下又對中國產品啟動反補貼調查。這構成了對中國產品的雙重歧視，也違反了世貿組織規(guī)則（WTO rules）。
?????? 姚堅表示，歐盟對華啟動反補貼調查，是向外界發(fā)出的一個錯誤的貿易保護主義（trade protectionism）信號。近年來，中歐經貿關系總體呈健康發(fā)展態(tài)勢，雙方互為重要貿易伙伴。中方認為，雙方應當從維護和穩(wěn)定國際貿易環(huán)境的目標出發(fā)，遵循發(fā)展、平等、互利的方針，通過磋商合作妥善處理經貿摩擦（trade disputes），照顧彼此關注，實現互利共贏。中方將按照世貿組織規(guī)則密切關注案件進展（closely follow this issue），并保留采取進一步措施的權利（reserves its right to take necessary measures）。請看新華社報道：
China is disappointed the European Union (EU) has decided to launch an anti-subsidy investigation into imported Chinese coated paper, Ministry of Commerce (MOC) spokesman Yao Jian said Saturday.
"China will closely follow this issue and reserves its right to take necessary measures in accordance with WTO rules," Yao said.
He said the coated paper probe is the EU's first anti-subsidy investigation into Chinese products.
The EU launched an anti-dumping investigation on Chinese coated paper two months ago, he said.
