Prior to the Summit, President Xi Jinping of the Peoples' Republic of China, met President van Rompuy and President Barroso. Premier Li Keqiang hosted the Summit on 21st November. |

| 雙方共同宣布啟動(dòng)中歐投資協(xié)定談判。歡迎會(huì)晤期間舉辦中歐創(chuàng)新合作對(duì)話(huà)，高度贊賞中歐城鎮(zhèn)化伙伴關(guān)系論壇、中歐城市博覽會(huì)以及第六屆中歐能源對(duì)話(huà)的成功舉行和所取得的成果。歡迎會(huì)晤期間舉辦的中歐工商峰會(huì)和高級(jí)別區(qū)域政策對(duì)話(huà)。 | China and the EU announced the launch of negotiations of the China-EU Investment Agreement. They welcomed the launch of the China-EU Dialogue on Innovation Cooperation, and highly appreciated the successful dialogue and outcomes at the China-EU Urbanisation Partnership Forum, the China-EU Urbanisation Exhibition and the 6th round of China-EU Energy Dialogue, which all took place at the side of the Summit. They also welcomed the holding of the Business Summit and of the High-Level Regional Policy Dialogue. |

During the Summit, the following agreements were signed: - Administrative Agreement for an Intellectual Property Cooperation; - China-EU Joint Declaration on Energy Security; - Letter of Intent on Research and Innovation Cooperation in Food, Agriculture and Biotechnology. |
| 雙方共同制定《中歐合作2020戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃》，這一全面戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃確定了中歐在和平與安全、繁榮、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、人文交流等領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)合作的共同目標(biāo)，將促進(jìn)中歐全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系在未來(lái)數(shù)年的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。雙方將以年度領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤為戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)，以高級(jí)別戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話(huà)、經(jīng)貿(mào)高層對(duì)話(huà)、高級(jí)別人文交流對(duì)話(huà)機(jī)制等中歐合作三大支柱為依托，通過(guò)定期會(huì)晤和各領(lǐng)域廣泛對(duì)話(huà)，全面落實(shí)這一規(guī)劃。 | Both sides jointly adopted the China-EU 2020 Strategic Agenda for Cooperation, a comprehensive document setting out China and the EU's shared aims to promote cooperation in the areas of peace and security, prosperity, sustainable development and people-to-people exchanges, to take forward the China-EU Comprehensive Strategic Partnership over the coming years. The two sides will fully implement the Strategic Agenda through their annual Summit, which provides strategic guidance to the relationship; through the three pillars directly underpinning the Summit (the annual High Level Strategic Dialogue, the annual High Level Economic and Trade Dialogue and the bi-annual High Level People-to-People Dialogue); through their regular meetings of counterparts; and through their broad range of sectoral dialogues. |

| 中國(guó)和歐盟1975年建立外交關(guān)系以來(lái)，雙方關(guān)系得到長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。特別是2003年中歐全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系建立后，雙方各領(lǐng)域合作不斷擴(kuò)大和深化，相互依存顯著提升。 | Relations between China and the EU have developed fast since diplomatic ties were established in 1975. In particular, the creation of the China-EU Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2003 has deepened and broadened cooperation in a wide range of areas, and China and the EU have become highly interdependent as a result. |

The two sides are committed to promoting the China-EU Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the next decade. |

| 雙方將做好年度評(píng)估，向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤匯報(bào)，并視情考慮進(jìn)一步提出補(bǔ)充倡議。 | These objectives will be reviewed annually and reported to the Summit which will, when appropriate, consider further complementary initiatives. |
