Zhu Xiaoping |
Zhu Xiaoping was born in March 1962 in Shanghai. He joined the Chinese Communist Party in June 1984 and started working in August 1984. He had a university degree and was a Police Commissioner Class I.
He studied in the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law from September 1980 to August 1984. He worked in the Ministry of Public Security after graduation as the principle staff member, vice director and director. In December 1998, he was promoted to the vice director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Public Security Ministry. From January 2006, he worked as the director of the Police Affairs Communication Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. From March 2009, he was the director of Equipment Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.
Zhu Xiaoping died on duty during the Haiti Earthquake on January 13, 2010.
