He Zhihong |
He Zhihong was born in March 1975 in Lijiang, Yunnan Province. She participated in the Communist Party of China in December 1996 and joined the army in July 1998.
After graduating from the School of Foreign Languages, Yunnan Normal University in July 1998, she joined the army to work in the Frontier Corps of the Ministry of Public Security of Yunnan as a political instructor and translator of No. 2 Duty Service Department, Kunming Border Checkpoints and was ranked the People's Armed Police Major. From December 2007 to August 2008, and from June 2009 until her death she was chosen to join the sixth and the eighth Anti-riot Force of China Peacekeeping CIVPOL in Haiti.
She died in the Haiti earthquake in Port-au-Prince, capital of Haiti, January 13, 2010.
