A fishing boat capsized off South Korea's southern island of Jeju on Friday, leaving 13 sailors missing, the Yonhap news agency said, citing the coast guard.
The 129-ton vessel, with 27 crew members believed to be on board, overturned in waters about 24 km off Jeju's Biyang Island, at around 4:33 a.m. local time (1933 GMT Thursday).
A total of 14 crew members have been rescued, with two in a state of unconsciousness, while rescuers continue to search for the remaining 13 missing.
South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has ordered the Coast Guard and relevant ministries to rescue the missing sailors by mobilizing all available resources.
