Francois Hollande was sworn in as France's president Tuesday after beating Nicolas Sarkozy in the May 6 run-off elections.
Hollande arrived at the Elysee Palace on Tuesday morning. He was greeted by Sarkozy at the presidential palace and they headed into private talks after his arrival.
