Chinese government will offer humanitarian aid materials worth of 5 million yuan (about 735,000 U.S. dollars) to Kyrgyzstan, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said here Tuesday.

The materials include medicine, medical equipment, food, drinking water, blankets and tents. The first batch of materials were delivered to southern Kyrgyzstan Tuesday afternoon, Qin said.
