Twin blasts near parliament offices in Afghanistan's capital Kabul have been reported, with at least 30 people killed and more than 80 wounded. A minibus carrying staff from the National Directorate of Security, Afghanistan's intelligence agency, was targeted during afternoon rush hour on Tuesday. The first attacker blew himself up near the new parliament building, followed immediately by the car bomb. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the explosions.
