At least nine people have been killed and dozens more wounded in a car explosion in Syria's northwestern city of Jableh, less than a week after a ceasefire, brokered by Russia and Turkey, took effect. The Syrian government and rebels have been blaming each other for violations of the truce since it came into force last Friday.
