Three representatives to the Six-Party Talks on the DRPK nuclear program have met this morning in Seoul. They are the top nuclear envoys from the U.S., Japan, and South Korea.
Reports said the three sides would discuss last month's U.N. resolution against the DPRK and their own sanction plans.
Analysts say the meeting is a signal that the three countries' cooperation on sanctions will continue despite the coming change of administration in the U.S. and the South Korean political scandal.
