A residential building has partially collapsed after a powerful gas explosion ripped through the city of Yaroslavl in Russia. Local media reported at least one fatality, while about 39 people are believed to be buried in debris early Tuesday.

Rescue workers and firefighters are working at the scene to save lives. Authorities currently consider faulty gas equipment... as the main cause of the blast. And they say the threat of further collapses still remains. We will keep you updated when we have more information.
