Jeremy Lin is in the midst of a tour of China and is now doing so as a member of the LA Lakers. The Houston Rockets shipped Lin to LA, along with a future first round pick and a second next year for the rights to center Sergei Lishchuk, currently in Spain playing for Valencia.
The move sheds some salary for Houston as Lin was due to earn 15 million this season, with 8 of that counting against the cap.
So, while Lin awaits his turn in the purple and gold he wasn't keeping his fans waiting here in Beijing, as he joined them for some fun and games on Sunday.
The point guard recently held his third annual training camp here in the Capital where he showed some promising youngsters what hard work and dedication can achieve. Lin will next head south to continue his tour in a number of cities, including Shanghai.
