Donald Sterling, who owns the NBA's Los Angeles Clippers is accused of telling his girlfriend not to bring black people to games. The claim, came after celebrity news website, T-M-Zee published audio of the two.

The 10-minute recording was published online late Friday night -- a converation between the blillionaire owner and a model, V. Stiviano. It is unclear when they were talking or how they were recorded.

This is not the first time, Sterling's been linked to racist allegations.

In November 2009, Sterling agreed to pay 2-point-73 million dollars to settle allegations by the government that he refused to rent apartments to Hispanics, blacks and to families with children.

The Justice Department sued Sterling in August 2006 for allegations of housing discrimination in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles. Outrage has filled the NBA over the allegations, and it has also spread to the highest levels of U.S. society.
