A deal struck between Iran and six world powers to curb Iran’s nuclear program will take effect Monday.
Under the deal, Iran will limit its enrichment of uranium and dilute its stockpile. In exchange, sanctions against Iran worth up to 7-billion US dollars will be lifted. The deal will last for six months as Iran and the world powers negotiate a final and permanent agreement. A team of international inspectors has arrived in Tehran. They will visit the Fordo and Natanz uranium facilities, to ensure the country comply with the deal.
