Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's second day in Hanoi saw several bilateral cooperation agreements signed, covering maritime, onshore and financial fields. He and his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Tan Dung agreed to set up three special joint working groups.

These aim to boost infrastructure and finance coordination, as well as speed up maritime cooperation.
During their meeting, Li also called for greater efforts by both nations to resolve their territorial dispute in the South China Sea.
