A cargo plane has crashed outside the El Wak Stadium, less than 10 km from the Accra airport in the capital of Ghana.
At around 8pm local time, the plane hit a mini-bus as it was trying to make a forced landing. It remains unknown how many passengers were on the minibus and whether there was casualties.
Witnesses said an estimated 27 people were on board the bus. Local television said 15 bodies were pulled out of the severely damaged bus beside the plane wreckage.
The plane belonged to Nigerian cargo airline Allied Air. Ambulances and police are at the scene. Officials have not released the specific number of injuries or deaths. A press conference is scheduled to be held later.
