September – October

For three weeks in September and October, DIAF takes over 798, the old industrial complex in north-eastern Beijing that has become the hub of China’s contemporary art world. With dozens of leading galleries participating and works from over 50 nationalities, DIAF adopts an international and multi-discipline approach. In 2007 it cooperated with Art Beijing (p.53) and spread to other locations around the city, including the Caochangdi and Liquor Factory art districts.
