Chaoyang Park

Chaoyang Park is a landscape-oriented, multi-functional large-scale park in Beijing. It's the largest one in the city. The park was originally known as Shuiduizi Park, which was founded in 1984, then changed its name to Chaoyang Park in 1992. It is about 2.8 kilometers from north of the park to the south, and 1.5 km from east to the west. There is a total area of 288.7 hectares, which includes 68.2 hectares lake area and 87 percent of green space.
More than 20 places of interest located in the park. There are forests, playground, and art square that placed within the park. It helps improve Beijing's natural environment and play an important role for enrich people's life.
