The signing ceremony on the five-year poverty alleviation project between China Resource Group and Haiyuan county was held on November 10th.
The advantages of China Resource will be used to push forward the upgrade of the characteristic industries and form a new poverty alleviation pattern of assistance with advantage complementarity. Lirui, the vice president of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and Fu Yuning, the president of China Resource had attended the ceremony.
China Resource Group plans to invest 525 million yuan in Haiyuan to help the development of the industries, public services and talents. The Group will increase the personal average income to over 5000 yuan, establish two ‘Haiyuan-CR Hope Towns’, invest the ecological non-commercial forests in five years. In addition, it will also communicate with the cadres from each side and provide technology support so as to help the regional’s ‘a(chǎn)utonomous profits generation’ and realize the sustainable development.
