By Dec. 21, Yinchuan reported 61,523 new employments this year, exceeding the municipal government's goal of 45,000 new hires set at the beginning of this year, according to the local labor employment bureau.

More than 16,000 unemployed people have found jobs after special trainings offered by the municipal government.

The local government also launched a series of job fairs to help college graduates get more job opportunities.
