9. Chrysanthemum hot pot
According to Chinese legend, this hot pot was the favorite delicacy of great poet Tao Yuanming (365-427). He lived in seclusion in the countryside and admired chrysanthemums. Therefore, later generations called it a chrysanthemum hot pot. But one should smell its fragrance and admire its shape when eating a chrysanthemum hot pot.
