The final "Journey to the West" film on this list, this one is a sequel the 2014 smash hit 'Monkey King', this time minus Donnie Yen (who is busy making about a hundred other movies) but with Gong Li! This time, Aaron Kwok will play the legendary Monkey King while Gong will portray Baigujing, the white skeleton demon. Set for release in the crowded Chinese New Year 2016, will it defeat the next film on our list?
