The Dubai Pearl is a 73-storey, 300-meter-tall residential skyscraper under construction along the Al Sufouh Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Covering an area of 1.4 million square meters, it consists of four towers connected together at the base by a sky bridge at the top. The towers will house luxury apartments, penthouses, stores, entertainment facilities, a commercial zone and a 1,800-seat cinema. Standing at the top of the building, people will be able to enjoy splendid views on the Palm Jumeirah. Construction started in 2009 and is set for completion in 2016.
