Geneva topped as the most expensive city in the world for three consecutive years, according to the latest ranking of 28 most expensive cities to eat in around the world released by Business Insider.
The survey was based on annual Club Sandwich Index (CSI) of Hotels.com and the indexes include a club sandwich, a burger, a cup of coffee, and a cup of wine paid by guests in star hotels in 28 major cities and regions around the world.
Three Chinese cities ranked on the list, including Hong Kong (3rd), Beijing (11th), and Taipei (17th) showing the fast tourism development of China and rapid improvement on food and hotel services.
