Maaya Thila, Maldives
Made up of an incredible cluster of 1,192 paradise islands, the Maldives is boasted as one of the world's premier scuba diving destinations. Among them, Maaya Thila is unquestionably the most famous one known as a great spot for both daytime and nighttime diving. Besides the amazing white sand beaches, coral reefs and clear warm waters, Maaya Thila is most famous for the whitetip reef sharks that can almost always be seen there. A night dive also allows divers to encounter moray eels, turtles, octopuses and stonefish.
