Victoria Falls, Zambia and Zimbabwe
Victoria Falls is located at the midstream of the Zambezi River, at the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is 1708 meters in width and 108 meters in height, making it the largest waterfall in Africa and one of the most spectacular falls in the world. The fall is famous for the height of its splash during flood season --from February to May. Sometimes the spray from the falls can reach a height of more than 400 meters and can be seen from 40 to 65 kilometers away.
