Large airports boast huge spaces and often deluxe facilities, but they should also feature good service, sensible design and nice catering to gain a good reputation.
Sina Finance, a Chinese financial website, has published a ranking of the large airports which hold the best reputations in all of China. Only those airports with a passenger capacity of more than 30 million were taken into consideration.
The ranking is based on the five criteria for airports, including consultant service, transportation, luggage service, catering and shopping. Around 70,000 netizens took part in the online survey from Jan. 20 to Feb. 28.
Difficulties getting a taxi formed the one problem respondents complained about the most. There were also several other issues such as long waiting times at the baggage claim of Beijing Capital International Airport, unsatisfied consultant service at Shanghai Pudong International Airport and unclear instructions at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
The following are the five best-reputed large airports in all of China.
