Dilma Rousseff, President of Brazil(巴西總統(tǒng)迪爾瑪?羅塞夫)
Dilma Rousseff rose to the Brazilian presidency in January 2011, after previously serving as chief of staff to President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva for six years (2005-2010). She is the first elected female president in the history of the Latin American country. Though she may not have a perfectly slim figure and often wears dark-color dresses, her neat and sensible style is imposing.
