Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué))
As one of the earliest key higher education institutions for Chinese medicine in the country, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM) was founded in 1956 directly under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. Today, it delivers world-class instruction, training and research across a wide range of subjects and is committed to offer the best possible educational, cultural and social experience for its students.
BUCM consists of 13 schools and offers degree programs at the undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral levels in Chinese Medicine. It is home to over 22,000 students from different backgrounds, 15 percent of which are international students from about 52 countries and areas.
