beautifulpeople.com polled over 127,000 people from all over the world, asking who they think are the most beautiful royal women in history, the poll ran for seven days and was the largest royal beauty competition. Here are the results:

Round off the list, we have the wife of Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan. A former diplomat, Masako was joined in marriage with His Imperial Highness Crown Prince Naruhito in a traditional wedding ceremony in 1993.

Masako was formerly employed by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During her career she met many world leaders, such as U.S. former president Bill Clinton and Russian former president Boris Yeltsin. 68 percent of the votes went to the fresh-faced beauty.
