Qingcheng Mountain, known as the fifth most famous Taoist mountain in China, is located 68 kilometers west of Chengdu, central part of Sichuan Province. With the snow-covered Minshan Mountain in the background and the Chuanxi Plain in front, the Qingcheng Mountain covers an area of about 120 square kilometers, including 36 peaks covered with thick forests of trees and bamboo, 72 caves and 108 scenic spots. The mountain is well known for its serene scenery that contains halls and temples shaded by forests and enhanced by interesting legends and anecdotes. As the weather gets warmer, it is a wonderful place to refresh your body and enjoy the spring.
