Poland's men's volleyball team secured their title at the Hubert Wagner Memorial on home ground after beating Slovenia 3-1 (25-20, 26-28, 25-14, 26-24) on Sunday.
The team coached by Nikola Grbic claimed consecutive victories over Egypt and Germany before reaching the final at the Tauron Arena in Krakow.
Kamil Semeniuk scored a team-high 14 points for Poland, while Bartosz Kurek added 13. Toncek Stern delivered 20 points for Slovenia.
Earlier, Germany beat Egypt 3-1 (25-14, 26-24, 17-25, 25-19) to take the bronze.
The Hubert Wagner Memorial was the last test for the teams before the Paris Olympic Games.
