Editor's note: The Beijing Cultural Consumption Carnival, a sideline event of the 2023 Beijing Cultural Forum, took place at the Longfu Temple area in Beijing's Dongcheng district on Sept. 15. As a highlight of the 11th Beijing People Beneficial Cultural Consumption Season, the carnival delved deep into the heart of Beijing's hutong culture. It showcased a unique blend of activities, merging traditional elements with contemporary art, all designed to engage and captivate young consumers.
