A tourist attraction in Henan announced during the Labor Day holiday that visitors whose family name are Li would be exempted of the 80-yuan admission fee, China News Service reported.

Laojunshan Mountain's origin dates back to China's Warring States Period, when philosopher Li Er, ancestor of Taoism, allegedly spent his hermit life here, according to Xu Lei, the attraction's vice general manager.

Xu said the exemption for Li was to honor the name's origin.

據(jù)中新社報道，河南某景區(qū)在勞動節(jié)假期宣布，任何李姓游客可以免除80元的門票費用。

景區(qū)副總經(jīng)理徐雷稱，老君山的歷史可以追溯至戰(zhàn)國時期，道家始祖李耳據(jù)說曾在此歸隱。

徐雷說免票原因是為了紀(jì)念李姓淵源。
