各級財政對城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)保和新農(nóng)合的補助標(biāo)準由每人每年120元提高到200元。

國家基本藥物制度在政府辦基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構(gòu)實現(xiàn)全覆蓋，基本藥物安全性提高、價格下降。

公立醫(yī)院改革試點有序進行。
