The footage of the wedding mostly featured guests' feet and backs and many were taken too far away. He even included people who were not at the wedding.

The couple did win a settlement against him in court, where the unprofessional nature of his work convinced the judge, who ordered him to pay a total of ￡600, including a ￡150 refund to the couple, court costs and travel expenses. However, the videographer has since declared bankruptcy, and the couple says they haven't received a penny.
