美囚犯“半腦哥”走紅

This mug shot of Carlos Rodriguez, 25, may look fake, but the Miami police swear it's real, the NY Daily News reports. The police report, posted on the Miami New Times website, shows that police wrote "half a head" in the form's "unique physical features" box.
