On July 26, an international communication event called "Green Tea and Red Wine, Hangzhou and Expo" was held in the Hangzhou Pavilion, representing the merging of Chinese and Western culture. Awni Behnam, the United Nations assistant secretary-general and UN Pavilion commissioner-general, attended the event with over 160 curators or their representatives and over 200 commissioner-generals.
