Torrential rain that started sweeping across the country from July 7 has led to floods and landslides. More than?47.7?million residents in?30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country have been affected by the disasters.
Southwest China's Sichuan Province, one of the worst-hit regions, has recorded?58 deaths with?175 others missing.
