Taiwan actress Kwai Lun-Mei has joined an international project that helps poor children through ways of adoption, the Hong Kong-based publication Tungstar reported on Wednesday.
The star, named the friendly ambassador for the project, has become a foster mother of three, including one local child, one from the Philippines and one from Indonesia, the report said.
Kwai is now filming for "Nv Ren Bu Huai" ("Women Not Bad"), directed by Hong Kong filmmaker Tsui Hark.
