A?new Shanghai restaurant commemorating late Taiwan pop
diva Teresa Teng has opened on the 12th anniversary of her
death.
The restaurant serves up Shanghai cuisine, focusing on the
dishes the famous singer used to love.
Ardent fans have flocked to see the restaurant's exhibition of
the Teresa Teng photos and albums, dine in rooms named after her
songs and sip wine named in her honor.
Teresa Teng hypnotized China and southeast Asia with her sweet
voice in the 1980s. She died from a severe asthma attack at the age
of 43, but millions still remember her and love her music.
