| Cairo Airport Honored as 'Airport of the Year' in Africa |

The award ceremony was held on the sidelines of the closing session of the 38th round of the African Civil Aviation Commission, said General Fathi Fathallah, chairman of Cairo Airport Company. The airport won the award for its efforts to upgrade various sectors in the past three years, he said. (Xinhua News Agency November 30, 2006)
