That China is credible, appealing, and respectable means that it is trustworthy, friendly, and highly responsible, all cultural traits that have been formulated over thousands of years of Chinese civilization. China is credible because it treasures the virtue of keeping promises, it is appealing because  it features harmonious relationships between people, and it is respectable because it strives for the common good. These are important reasons Chinese civilization has persisted.

China will firmly uphold Chinese culture and develop it creatively, tell China's stories well, make China's voice heard, highlight its long history and rich heritage, and help the world understand China.
