ICA-Supported Wenzhou Hehe Academy 

Wenzhou in southeast Zhejiang Province is known as a hometown of overseas Chinese. It is therefore an important base for carrying forward the cream of traditional Chinese culture. Nan Huaijin (1918-2012), an important figure in this regard, was born in Leqing County, Wenzhou. Zhang Liwen (b. 1935), the founder of Hehe Culture Studies, was born in Longwan District, Wenzhou. He has devoted himself to the study and elucidation of Hehe Culture. On September 26, 2021, Liu Yandong, president of the International Confucian Association (ICA), inspected the Nanhuaijin Academy in Wenzhou and attended the inauguration ceremony of the Hehe Academy.

As a famous historic and cultural city, the birthplace of the Yongjia School of Thought, and a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese, Wenzhou truly has cultural, economic and social advantages. The ICA, as a federation of Confucian scholars and groups from various countries and regions, plays an important role in facilitating mutual learning among Confucian culture, Asian civilizations, and other cultures and civilizations in the world, and promoting world peace and development. The Hehe Academy jointly built by Wenzhou and the ICA will help advance the exploration, transmission, and promotion of the modern values of Confucian culture and the essence of the Hehe philosophy. The project will also promote the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese Culture, and facilitate the exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and other civilizations.

國際儒聯(lián)溫州和合書院

溫州是著名的僑鄉(xiāng)，在弘揚中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化方面，有天然的優(yōu)勢。南懷瑾先生就是溫州樂清人，他對中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的普及和推廣起到了極為重要的作用。和合學的奠基人張立文先生，是溫州龍灣區(qū)人，致力于研究和闡發(fā)中華和合文化。2021年9月26日，國際儒學聯(lián)合會會長劉延東考察溫州南懷瑾書院，同時為“和合書院”揭牌。

溫州是中國歷史文化名城、永嘉學派發(fā)源地和著名僑鄉(xiāng)，擁有文化、經(jīng)濟和社會等多方面優(yōu)勢和基礎。國際儒聯(lián)是各國各地區(qū)儒學團體、儒學學者的聯(lián)合會，在推動儒學文化、亞洲文明與世界其他不同文化文明的互學互鑒，促進世界和平和發(fā)展方面具有重要作用。雙方合作共建“和合書院”，有助于推動儒家文化現(xiàn)代價值、和合思想精神的挖掘、傳承和弘揚，推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化創(chuàng)造性轉化、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展，促進中外文明交流互鑒。
