Hualong One (HPR1000) Demonstration Project
Hualong One (HPR1000) is a 1,000 MWe-class advanced pressurized water reactor jointly developed by China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN). It is mainly characterized by a 177-fuel-assembly core, resistance to aircraft impact, multiple redundant safety systems and combination of active and passive safety measures. Its safety performance and technical indicators have met the international standards on Gen III nuclear power technology. As part of the demonstration project, the construction of units 5 and 6 at Fuqing in Fujian Province started on May 7, 2015; and the construction of units 3 and 4 at Fangchenggang (Phase II) in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region kicked off on December 25, 2015. On January 30, 2021, Fuqing Unit 5, the first of its kind in the world, was put into commercial operation. With a construction period of 68.8 months, it recorded the shortest construction time for the first reactor of Gen III nuclear power plants in the world.
華龍一號示范工程
華龍一號是中國兩大核電企業(yè)中國核工業(yè)集團(tuán)公司和中國廣核集團(tuán)公司自主研發(fā)的百萬千瓦級先進(jìn)壓水堆核電技術(shù)。華龍一號以 177組燃料組件堆芯、抗大飛機(jī)撞擊、多重冗余的安全系統(tǒng)、能動(dòng)與非能動(dòng)相結(jié)合的安全措施為主要技術(shù)特征,安全性能和技術(shù)指標(biāo)滿足國際三代核電技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。作為華龍一號示范工程, 2015年 5月 7日,福建福清核電站 5、6號機(jī)組正式開工建設(shè); 2015年 12月 25日,廣西防城港核電二期 3、4號機(jī)組正式開工建設(shè)。 2021年 1月 30日,華龍一號全球首堆——福清核電站 5號機(jī)組投入商業(yè)運(yùn)行,并以 68.8個(gè)月的建設(shè)工期,創(chuàng)造全球三代核電首堆建設(shè)最短工期紀(jì)錄。
