Advanced Large-scale Uranium Purification and Conversion Bases
China has established two uranium purification and conversion bases in northern and southern China respectively. Using the integrated process of uranium purification and conversion, the two bases have formed a 10,000-ton uranium purification and conversion capacity through the development and application of key equipment such as pulsed extraction columns, fluidized beds and new fluorination reactors. The automated control of the production lines has been improved through digital technology systems. Thanks to the material recycling technology, the volume of waste generated has been cut down from the source, which has made the production lines much safer and more eco-friendly. Overall, the purification and conversion process is now advanced by international standards.
先進(jìn)大型鈾純化轉(zhuǎn)化生產(chǎn)基地
中國(guó)建立了南北兩個(gè)鈾純化轉(zhuǎn)化生產(chǎn)基地。兩個(gè)基地采用鈾純化轉(zhuǎn)化一體化工藝,通過(guò)脈沖萃取柱、流化床、新型氟化反應(yīng)器等關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的研發(fā)應(yīng)用,形成了萬(wàn)噸級(jí)鈾純化轉(zhuǎn)化生產(chǎn)能力;應(yīng)用數(shù)字化技術(shù)系統(tǒng)提高了生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化控制水平;物料循環(huán)利用技術(shù)從源頭上減少了廢物的產(chǎn)生量,大幅提升了生產(chǎn)線安全環(huán)保水平。純化轉(zhuǎn)化工藝技術(shù)總體達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。
